Your name, phone number, email, and a short note: “Submitted case online.”
Send the basics now. Aceon can collect device, shipping, and partner details after the case exists.
No long story needed. Tell us who you are, how to reach you, and what went wrong.
Tell Aceon if the drive was dropped, opened, frozen, scanned, reformatted, rebuilt, or sent somewhere else first. Accurate history helps the lab choose the safest next move; it is not a confession and it does not lock you into a recovery.
If a device is clicking, wet, dropped, or business-critical, stop testing it and call before trying another tool.
