Escalation rules
When the responsible principal must step in.
- Before device custody, shipping, remote access or any data-access decision.
- Before quote approval, recovery work, return-data delivery or payment.
- When ownership, delegated authority, legal sensitivity or scope is unclear.
- When a drive is clicking, wet, overheating, missing from a controller, rebuilding or otherwise worsening.
Do not include passwords, API keys, tokens, private keys, seed phrases, private files, drive images, customer records or confidential logs in public intake or chat.
Payment
Bitcoin follows confirmed case instructions.
