Submit a Case

Don’t panic! Aceon offers data recovery services for clients across North America, and around the world. To submit a case for data recovery, follow the steps below to send your device to us.

STEP 1 — Forms

For clients who wish to ship their device:

Please print off and use our PRINTABLE ADDRESS LABEL.
PLEASE FILL IN OUR ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM
We have a hard copy of our SUBMISSION FORM if you prefer. 

Take a picture of your device for your records and please put your contact details inside the package.

For Computer Shop Owners and Dealers:
Please fill out our Dealer Account Form and ship the drive to:

STEP 2 — Destination Drive

A destination drive is required for the final data to be copied to. This drive should be bigger than the original and empty.
You may provide a drive or buy one from Aceon. 

STEP 3 — Shipping

Courier the unit to:

We recommend Canada Post, Express Post (with a signature).
