We are testing a small, quality-controlled relationship with computer shops that can support Aceon clients locally, receive potential recovery drop-offs, and refer advanced cases to our Vancouver recovery operation. We can also discuss a truthful Google Business Profile location process with the shop owner when the partnership is accepted and Google’s eligibility requirements are met.

Use this partner page when a computer shop, MSP, IT provider, phone repair shop, reseller, or independent technician needs a clear data recovery handoff. U.S. and Washington referrals can route through the Blaine, Washington office and the U.S. intake hub. Canadian referrals should use the Vancouver office/lab. Bellingham and Whatcom County partners can also use the Bellingham guidance page for local cross-border intake questions.

This recovery-case referral path is separate from Aceon's donor-drive partner signup for inventory, recycling, and donor-drive supply.

Prepaid Canada Post labels for approved cases

If a referred client’s drive needs to come to our Vancouver office/lab, ask us before shipping. For approved cases, Aceon may prepare a prepaid Canada Post label through its online shipping workflow. We confirm the packaging, destination, service, and who is responsible for the shipping cost before issuing a label. A partner signup does not automatically create a label or authorize shipment.

Referral partner questions

Does Aceon have a data recovery referral program for repair shops?

Yes. Repair shops can ask Aceon to review difficult hard drive, SSD, RAID, phone, and removable-media cases through a manual referral partner setup. Signup alone does not trigger customer outreach or automatic case acceptance.

Can MSPs and IT providers refer business data recovery cases to Aceon?

Yes. MSPs and IT providers can route business recovery cases to Aceon for reviewed handoff, especially when a failed drive, RAID/NAS system, server, SSD, or phone needs recovery-focused triage before more repair attempts.

Can Aceon provide a prepaid Canada Post label?

For an approved referral case, ask before shipping. Aceon may prepare a prepaid label through its online Canada Post workflow after confirming the case, packaging, route, service, and shipping-cost responsibility. It is not automatic, and a label does not guarantee recovery.

How should U.S. repair shops route Aceon referrals?

U.S. and Washington referral cases can start through Aceon's U.S. intake path and Blaine, Washington receiving office. Partners should use intake and shipping guidance before sending a device.

Is this the same as Aceon's donor drive partner program?

No. This page is for recovery-case referrals from repair shops, MSPs, IT providers, phone repair shops, and resellers. Aceon's donor-drive partner signup is a separate path for drive inventory, recycling, and donor-drive supply.
